Of course the price of a home inspection is a very important part of the decision process. I am rarely the cheapest and usually not the most expensive either. The average home inspection in the Metro Atlanta area will cost somewhere in the area of $300.00. I base my inspection fee on the following information:
# of baths
# of bedrooms
type of foundation
townhouse, condo or free standing house.
With this information I can give you an exact price that will not change. Once I give you a price, that's it. You will not receive a higher bill once the inspection is started. You already know from the beginning what you will be paying for the inspection.
I accept cash, check or credit card. I am able to process credit/debit cards at the inspection. I can also send an electronic invoice that can be paid online prior to the inspection if you can't be there.
